The Shot, <4x4> Performance

Composed of Hanna Kim, Hee-Eun Kim, Gyu-Chul Moon, and Young-Hae Jang, The Shot explores sounds that infiltrate everyday spaces and push through their boundaries. Through the process of converting live video of emerging and dismantling sculptures into sound, the work creates layers of sound that subtly permeate the space, unfolding as a single musical structure formed from the stories that arise within. The contrasting collision and harmony of flute and electronic sound, and the entanglement of consonance and dissonance over time, explore the boundaries of limited space and sound through their interaction.
